Please read the policies before purchasing a website template. These terms are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates. By purchasing any digital product from this website, you agree to the following terms.

The customer agrees to fulfill all payment obligations as specified at the time of purchase.
Failure to complete the payments in a timely manner will result in the customer being liable for the full amount owed plus late fees and any collection costs.
The customer is solely responsible for purchasing a hosting plan from Showit and maintaining an active Showit account in order to access and use the purchased website template.
The customer acknowledges that they are required to purchase their own website domain separately from a domain registrar or hosting provider. They are solely responsible for acquiring and managing their chosen domain.
The customer acknowledges that additional supporting services, such as email marketing services or other third-party integrations are not included with the purchase of the website template and should be obtained independently by the customer.

Due to the nature of digital file delivery, all sales are final.
No returns or refunds. Purchased products cannot be exchanged for other products.

All digital products are protected by intellectual property rights and are not to be resold, recreated, redistributed, or reproduced without the written consent of the company.

Each template purchased may be used for one project only. The customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased website template solely for their own personal or business purposes.
You are not permitted to use the template on multiple websites.
You are not permitted to share the templates with additional users who have not purchased the template or attempt to copy or re-distribute the product in any way.

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purpose only and copyrighted to its original creator. All imagery must be replaced with your own photos or sourced by you.
Lime + Ink is not liable for any licensing/copyright issues that may occur through unlawful use of images, fonts or graphics
copyright
The customer will receive support for issues relating to the purchased website template. For non-template related support, please contact Showit´s team or use the help documents.
Lime + Ink will not be responsible for any issues involving the Showit platform or helping with general Showit questions.
